Update
We are continuing to monitor, however systems appear to be moving back to normal functionality. Approximate start for irregularity is 16:53 UTC.

Replay is available to recover volume streams and PowerTrack. Search and Usage API requests may now be retried. Account Activity API events during this time will be retried for delivery if Account Activity API replay feature is active. Note that usage graphs in console.gnip.com may not reflect data correctly until fully recovered.

We are observing another increase in issues for customers successfully connecting to the enterprise data APIs. The presence and scope of any customer impact has not been determined at this time, but we will provide an update as soon as we know more.

Account Activity API events during this time will be retried for delivery if Account Activity API replay feature is active.

Update
Customers using the enterprise Search endpoints (30 day and Full Archive) may specifically experience 401 errors at this time, even though credentials are correct, we have identified and are actively working on a fix. Thanks for your patience while we work through this, we will update once we know more.
